What happens when all your car keys are lost?
With no working key, the car cannot be started or towed easily, so we come to wherever it is parked. We pick or decode the lock to cut a mechanical key blade, then program a new transponder chip or smart key to the car's immobiliser using specialist equipment. The new key is tested — lock, unlock and start — before we leave and you pay.
What do you need from me to make a key from nothing?
Three things: the exact make, model and year of the car; whether it is push-button start or a turn-key ignition; and proof that the car is yours. Proof is normally your Emirates ID or passport plus the Mulkiya (vehicle registration card). If the car is a rental or company car, tell us on the call so we bring the right authorisation questions.
Does losing all keys cost more than copying a spare?
Usually yes, and the reason is the extra work. With a spare key present we can clone or program quickly. With all keys lost, we must decode the lock and program the immobiliser from scratch, which takes longer and needs more equipment. That is why we always quote a fixed price on the call — you know the full cost before we dispatch.
Can you still help if the car is in basement parking?
Yes. Most of our all-keys-lost jobs are in tower basement parking, mall car parks and villa driveways. Tell us the building or mall name, the parking level and the bay number, and send a location pin on WhatsApp. Our vans carry their own power, so we do not need a socket nearby.

Can you make a car key without the original?
Yes — that is exactly what all-keys-lost service is. We decode the door or ignition lock to cut the blade, then program a new chip or smart key to the car's immobiliser. No original key is needed.
Will making a new key affect my car's security system?
No. The new key is programmed into the car's own immobiliser system, and lost keys can be erased from the car's memory so they no longer start it. Your car's factory security keeps working as designed.
Do I need to tow the car to a dealer?
